Private AI: the power of ChatGPT, without your data leaving the EU

Your team wants to use AI, but you can't or won't paste client files, contracts or patient information into ChatGPT. Rightly so: with the well-known AI services your data goes to servers run by US companies, and you have little insight into what happens to it.

With Private AI you get your own AI assistant running on a dedicated server in Europe. Your team works in a familiar chat environment, similar to ChatGPT. The difference is that the data stays inside your environment.

What you get

• Your own chat environment for your team, with sign-in through your Microsoft or Google account.
• Ask questions about your own documents. You connect folders with manuals, files or knowledge bases. The assistant answers with a reference to the source.
• Open-source language models such as Mistral (a French company), Llama or Qwen. We choose the model that fits your tasks and budget, and switch when a better one comes out.
• A server in a European data centre, for your organisation only.
• Management, updates and monitoring, with a data processing agreement and a usage log.

What it costs

Prices excl. VAT. The monthly price depends mainly on the size of the model and the number of users. After a first call we make a tailored proposal.

Honest about what it can do

Open-source models have improved a lot in recent years. For summarising, writing, translating and questions about documents they are excellent. For the very hardest reasoning tasks the largest commercial models are sometimes still better. If you need those, we can also use a commercial model through a European provider with data stored in Europe. We advise per use case what makes sense.
