Nuraghi are stone towers on Sardinia, built without mortar some 3,500 years ago. They are still standing, because every stone rests precisely on the one below. That's how we want to build too: get the foundation right first, then add the next layer.

For AI that means: your team first learns to work with it properly, you agree on what is and isn't allowed, and then we automate the processes where the gains are biggest. No expensive experiments that end up in a drawer after six months.
