Most employees already use AI, often on their own and without any agreements. That causes two problems: you miss out on a lot of time savings, and information sometimes ends up in tools where it doesn't belong. Good training solves both.
Our training is hands-on. No hour of theory about neural networks, but practising straight away with the work your team does every day: emails, quotes, reports, schedules and customer questions.

All prices excl. VAT and including preparation, materials and travel within South Holland. Outside that area we charge a small travel fee.
What your team learns
- Writing good prompts. With a simple formula (role, task, context, format) you get useful answers instead of generic text.
- Doing daily work faster. Drafting emails and quotes, summarising long documents, taking minutes, having Excel formulas written for you.
- Checking what AI says. AI always sounds convincing, even when it's wrong. Your team learns how to spot that.
- Working safely. Which information may go into which tool? What do you do with customer data and confidential documents?
- Spotting opportunities. At the end of the workshop your team has a list of tasks AI can take over, as a basis for further automation.

AI literacy and the AI Act
Since February 2025, Article 4 of the EU AI Act has required organisations that use AI to take measures for the AI literacy of their staff. The 2026 AI Omnibus clarified that this is an obligation of effort: you don't have to guarantee a specific level per employee, but you do have to demonstrably work on AI knowledge. Training with a certificate of attendance and clear usage rules is the most practical way to do that.
Funding
Dutch SMEs may be eligible for training subsidies through the SLIM scheme. The application windows for 2026 have closed; new windows are announced each year by the Dutch government. We're happy to help describe the training for your application.

Frequently asked questions
Does my team need to be technical?
No. The courses are made for people who work with email, Word and Excel. If your team can type, they can take part.
Which AI tools do you cover?
The tools you use or want to use, such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini or Mistral Le Chat. If you don't use any yet, we'll advise which tool suits you, including on privacy.
Can the training be online?
Yes. Online works well for groups of up to 8 people. For larger groups we recommend on-site training, because practising together works better.
What happens after the training?
Your team gets going with the prompt library and usage rules. If you then want to truly automate repetitive work, the list of opportunities from the workshop is a good starting point for the AI scan or an automation project.
