Who we are

Nuraghi Cloud (Dutch Chamber of Commerce no. 42090741) is responsible for processing personal data through this website. Please send privacy questions to [email protected].

What data we process

• Data you enter in the contact form: name, company, work email, company size, interests and your message.
• Your IP address, solely to prevent abuse and spam of the form.
• Technical server logs (IP address, time, requested page) for security and troubleshooting.

Why, and on what legal basis

We use your form data to contact you about your request, based on your request (steps prior to a possible contract). We process IP addresses and logs based on our legitimate interest in a secure and available website.

How long we keep data

We keep requests for up to 12 months, unless they lead to a working relationship, in which case statutory retention periods for our records apply. Server logs are deleted after 30 days at most.

Who we share data with

We never sell your data. We only share it with service providers needed to run this website: our hosting provider, our email provider and Cloudflare, which secures and speeds up the site. We have data processing agreements with these parties. Where data leaves the EU, this happens under appropriate safeguards such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

Cookies

This website sets no tracking or advertising cookies and uses no third-party analytics. If you choose a language, we remember that choice with a single functional cookie (nuraghi_lang, valid for 12 months). Fonts are served from our own server, not from Google.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict processing, to object and to data portability. Email [email protected] and we will respond within one month. If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Security

This website is only reachable over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Form requests are stored on a secured server in the EU and are accessible only to Nuraghi Cloud.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
