Straight answers
A lot is promised around AI and quantum. Here is what they can and can't do today.
Is AI worth it for a small business?
Small teams gain a lot from AI, because everyone juggles many different tasks. Start small: a half-day workshop (€ 1,250) or the free AI scan quickly shows where the time savings are. Only then do you look at automation.
Can I use AI without my data going to the US?
Yes. With Private AI an open-source language model runs on a server in a European data centre, for your organisation only. Your team works in a familiar chat environment and your data stays in the EU.
Do my employees need AI training?
The EU AI Act requires organisations that use AI to work on their staff's AI literacy. There is no mandatory certificate, but you do need to be able to show what you do. Practical training with a certificate of attendance and clear usage rules is the simplest route.
How quickly can a first automation go live?
For a well-scoped process we typically plan four to six weeks, from analysis to go-live. More complex processes with many integrations are split into smaller steps so you see results early.
Will AI replace our staff?
Our goal is to remove repetitive work so people have time for tasks that need judgement and personal contact. For every automation we agree where a person decides and checks.
Which systems can you integrate with?
With nearly any system that offers an API, database access or export, such as Microsoft 365, SAP, Exact, AFAS, Salesforce, HubSpot and Zendesk. For legacy systems without an API we find a secure workaround.
Is quantum computing useful for my business today?
For a limited set of problems, mainly optimisation and simulation, it already delivers interesting results, often combined with classical compute. For most organisations the immediate gains today are in AI automation. We only recommend quantum where a benchmark shows it pays off.
Where is my data stored?
By default in data centres within the European Union. On request we run the platform entirely in your own cloud environment. We always sign a data processing agreement.
Why look at post-quantum cryptography now?
Attackers can intercept encrypted data today and decrypt it later once quantum computers are powerful enough. Data that must stay confidential for years, such as medical records or contracts, is therefore already at risk.
Where does the name Nuraghi come from?
Nuraghi are stone towers on Sardinia, built without mortar some 3,500 years ago. They are still standing. That is our ambition too: technology on a solid foundation that lasts.
